What is the Skilled Worker Visa?

The UK Skilled Worker Visa allows individuals outside the UK (and in some cases those already in the UK) to work for a UK employer in a specific skilled job. The visa is employer-sponsored, meaning your UK employer must hold a valid Sponsor Licence before you can apply.

At AK Immigration Services, we handle the entire process — from checking your eligibility and assessing your job offer, to preparing and submitting your application and managing communications with the Home Office on your behalf.

Do You Qualify?

To apply for a Skilled Worker Visa, you must meet all of the following criteria. Our team will assess your situation in a free consultation before any fees are charged.
