What is the Global Talent Visa?
The Global Talent Visa is widely regarded as the most prestigious and flexible UK immigration route. Unlike most work visas, it does not require sponsorship from a UK employer. Instead, you must be endorsed by an approved endorsing body that recognises your achievements or potential in your field.
Once endorsed and your visa is granted, you have complete freedom in how you work — for any employer, as a freelancer, self-employed, or by starting your own business. There are no salary thresholds, no sponsorship requirements, and no restrictions on the type of work you undertake.
After 3 years on the Global Talent Visa (for the Exceptional Talent route) or 5 years (for the Exceptional Promise route), you become eligible for Indefinite Leave to Remain. We guide you through the full endorsement process and visa application, wherever in the world you are applying from.

Do You Qualify?
To apply for the Global Talent Visa, you must meet the following key requirements. Our team will assess your specific situation in a free consultation before any fees are charged.
Recognised Achievement or Potential
You must demonstrate significant achievement (Exceptional Talent) or outstanding future potential (Exceptional Promise) in an eligible field.
Endorsement from Approved Body
You must receive endorsement from the relevant UK-approved endorsing body for your field before applying for your visa.
Supporting Evidence Portfolio
You must compile a strong portfolio of evidence — awards, publications, media coverage, letters of recommendation, or other proof of your standing in the field.
No Salary or Job Offer Needed
Unlike other work visas, there is no minimum salary threshold and no requirement to have a job offer before applying.
Maintenance Funds
You must have at least £1,270 in your bank account for 28 consecutive days before applying (unless exempt).
Apply from Anywhere
You can apply from inside or outside the UK, and switch from most other UK visa categories if you are already in the country.

The endorsing body reviews your application and issues a decision — typically within 8 weeks. Once endorsed, you receive your endorsement letter, required for the visa application.
Visa Application
We prepare and submit your full Global Talent Visa application — including your endorsement letter, ID, financial evidence, and biometric appointment booking.
Visa Approval — Live & Work Freely in the UK
Once approved, you can live and work in the UK with full flexibility. After 3 or 5 years (depending on your route), apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain.
